DT_COMPONENTS
Open the Components palette — browse and place equipment blocks.
Opens the Components tab — a browsable catalog of equipment and component blocks (disconnects, meters, placards, and so on) you can place into the drawing. The options tray at the bottom has a Dashed edges toggle that makes your next placements draw with dashed lines (used for future/existing equipment conventions).
On the ribbon: JobEngine → Palette → Components
Runs as a toggle: re-running it while the Components tab is showing hides the palette.
When to use it
Whenever you need to drop standard equipment symbols onto the plan or diagram sheets. Picking a block starts DT_PLACE_COMPONENT — see that page for the placement keyboard controls.
